Frequently Asked Questions

I’ve tried other programs and quit. How is True Form different?

Most fitness programs just throw a PDF of workouts at you and wish you luck. True Form is built on mentorship, not just mechanics. We don't just tell you what to lift; we build the lifestyle structure around it so you actually stick to it. We combine science-based hypertrophy (muscle growth) training with proper nutrition guidelines (for your goals), and the daily accountability you need to navigate real life—stress, work, and bad days included.

Do I need a gym membership or can I workout at home?

There's no gym requirement, but you should expect to become physically active in some way. Your plan is built around your life, not the other way around.

Have a gym? We will program around the specific equipment you have access to.

Training at home? We can build a full physique-sculpting program using just dumbbells or resistance bands. The goal is consistency, and we build the path of least resistance for you.

Do I have to give up my favorite foods to see results?

Absolutely not. We don't believe in "starvation diets" or cutting out entire food groups (like carbs). We use a "Flexible Dieting" approach. You will get a custom calorie and protein target based on your goals. As long as you hit those numbers, you can enjoy dinner with your family or a night out with friends. We teach you how to manage your nutrition so you can reach your goals without being miserable.

I’m a total beginner. Is this too advanced for me?

True Form is designed for every experience level. If you have never touched a barbell, we start with the fundamentals to ensure you are safe and confident. If you are an advanced lifter looking to break a plateau, we dive into advanced programming techniques. So no matter where you are, you will have a process that works with you.

How does the Online Coaching actually work?

The Dashboard: You’ll get access to the True Form Client Dashboard where you see your daily workouts, nutrition targets, and track your progress.

The Feedback: You can send me videos of your lifts, and I will send you tips on how to improve form if there is form issues.
